The Lavaredo Hemp Ripstop Pant is the ideal climbing legwear for sunny days on the rock or training in the local gym. They are lightweight and extremely comfortable thanks to the blend of naturally sauced hemp and cotton, which has a great next-to-skin feel.

The sustainable hemp fabric makes these shorts extremely durable and breathable, while the gusset panels allow you to climb without feeling restricted. Hemp is the most resistant, long-lasting natural fibre, making it ideal for climbers, but also has a similar next-to-skin feel as linen making it extremely comfortable to wear.

Other functional advantages of using hemp are its thermoregulating properties of retaining temperature and being breathable, its UV resistance, antibacterial, and can absorb up to 30% more moisture whilst continuing to feel dry. When looking at the environmental advantages Hemp can be produced without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, or GMO seeds. Plus, it requires little (or no) water and it actually improves the health of the soil, replenishing it with vital nutrients.

Even with the low-profile lightweight design, these pants come with two open hand pockets and an internal adjustable waistband for optimal fit. These are ideal lightweight pants for summer climbing and indoor training.
