The Lifesystems Blister First Aid kit contains everything you need to quickly tend to blistered feet. It includes antiseptic wipes, plasters, blister plasters, and a preventative blister stick all in a small portable package. Its outer casing is made of a water repellent tough nylon ripstop fabric.

You can either add the contents to an existing bigger first aid kit or carry it around on its own. Weighing in at 75g – that is completely negligible given the benefits of having the blister kit at the ready!
