About the Shimoda HD Waist Belt

A hip belt helps transfer weight from your shoulders to your hips when wearing a backpack, increasing comfort and support on long hikes and adventures. Shimoda’s HD Waist Belt is no different and fits Shimoda’s Action X30 and X50 packs (the belt comes as standard with the X70).

The belt is adjustable by up to 10cm and features zip storage pockets, ideal for those essentials you want to keep within a hand’s reach such as snacks, keys and your phone. Durability is provided by a tough Nylon exterior. EVA and air mesh padding enhances airflow, comfort and helps absorb weight. EVA also stays firmer and more supportive for longer than other types of foam.
