The Fraggle III full-body harness has seen a revamp from the previous Fraggle iteration and is a great choice to get children into climbing, with “Growing” construction meaning even the fastest growing kids can keep on wearing it.

The Fraggle III comes with 3D mesh padding which provides support and comfort. The padding keeps the harness stable and results in enables quick and easy on/off. It is super easy to identify where each limb belongs because the padding maintains the shape of the harness and buckle adjustments on the side for torso length adjustment that can never be fully opened.

As your child gets grows the Fraggle’s tie-in point moves and the harness “grows” with them. In addition to the front tie in point, there is a second one at the back for increased versatility and safety. Some parents find that having a second rope tied into the back loop means that they can control the descent of their child with more ease – for example, if your child does not push off the wall when being lowered, the second rope can come in handy to ensure that they are not dragged down the face of the rock. When walking to the crag, you can tie your child in for increased confidence whilst walking over steep terrain, in the same vein, the harness can also be used for ski instruction.
